• A tertiary qualification in Land Management / Land Valuer or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in land matters
  • Preferably specializing in land management
  • Proficient in both written and oral English
  • Proficient in communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Able to read/interpret plans, maps, charts and familiar with related software (i.e. AutoCad)
  • Understanding of relevant municipal legislation, policies and procedures
  • Assist in land management process
  • Prepare the submission of paperwork
  • Facilitate in conducting site inspection
  • Liaise with relevant government authorities


  • Bachelor of Laws / Law Degree
  • 8 years experiences (Commercial,conveyaning, corporate & litigation matters)
  • Articulate with good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,Microsoft Power Point & others)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to function under limited supervision
  • Outstanding analytical skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines
  • Advising the company (management and all internal divisions)
              - Legal matters, relating to commercial contracts, litigation, legal disputes, and others
              - Legal risks, compliances, as to safeguard company's interest
              - In-house consultation on various legal issues
  • Drafting and Finalising
              - Legal documents including Lease Agreement, Shareholder Agreement, Joint Venture Agreement and others.
              - Legal implications, on Board Papers or Proposal Papers
  • Lead the negotiation process on legal terms with third parties
  • Liaise with the external lawyers on any legal matters tahat warrant external lawyers opinions and assist to resolve the matters profesionally and timely
  • Maintain systematic filing of all company legal documents
  • Conduct relevant legal reserach, on the latest development of the law
  • Conduct in house training on any legal matters
  • Conduct briefing on legal documents, to internal and external parties, where necessary
  • Able to perform other administrative work, including filing, audit, and others
