The Industrial Zone Phase 2 (IZP 2) is the second industrial zone established in 2001. It is recognized as the largest industrial zone in KHTP, with an area of 496.82 acres.
Additionally, there are 2 supporting companies and 1 logistics provider in IZP 2, and it is also complemented with government institutions i.e., Kulim Hospital, KHTP Police Station, KHTP Fire & Rescue Department as well as two higher learning institution (IHLs).
