Infineon Technologies has committed to invest RM4 billion in the Kulim Hi-Tech Park over the next 10 years

This was announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak at the progress update of The Economic Transformation Programme here Monday.


Park Security On The Double

Kulim Technology Park Corporation recently completed Phase 3 of the installation of its Park wide CCTV Systems. It comprises the installation of outdoor cameras, transmission hardware and system software.


Developing A Cluster Of Vendors

Kulim Technology Park Corporation successfully organised a meeting of 16 vendor companies including one each from Germany and Singapore at the first-ever Supply Chain and Cluster Development Seminar (SCCD). The SCCD was organised with the support of the Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) and Kulim Industrial Tenants Association (KITA).


Wafer Fab Training Centre In Progress

QT Hightech Malaysia Sdn Bhd is currently constructing their wafer fab training centre on a 2.16acre/0.87hectare industrial land in Phase 2 of Kulim Hi Tech Park. Known as the QT Training Centre, it is expected to be in operation in 2012,
